Community Portal

Since January 2026, Florida law requires condo associations with 25+ units to post official records online. Community Portal turns that statute into a turnkey, audit-ready compliance website for boards and property managers.

LinkShift

One QR code, printed once, that changes where it points on a schedule you set — for menus, badges, packaging, and signage you can't reprint.

Daily Howdy

A two-minute daily game my mom and I both play, 40 miles apart — a warmer 'still kicking' than a dry text.

Body Diary

Truth in software for the AI age. A template that separates a system's durable identity, its intent and invariants and contracts, from the disposable code an AI can regenerate at will.

A deterministic simulator for what actually governs software delivery speed once humans, AI agents, and platforms each build part of the work. A theory to test, not a benchmark.
