Two books, produced with AI
I’ll say it plainly: AI wrote these. Not “AI-assisted” in the polite sense — AI wrote the content, assembled the Kindle structure, and helped build the A+ content that shows up on the product page. I produced them. AI did the typing.
Is that AI slop? By somebody’s definition, sure. I’ve made my peace with it. Each book is a bounded, useful set of knowledge that I think should exist in the world — and now it does. That was the whole bet.
Both got built the same way underneath: KPacks did the real work, turning a focused pile of source material into something structured enough to become a book.
The Un-SaaS
The Un-SaaS is a supporting piece of the Toll Stack ecosystem — a companion to the idea, with a reference to Toll Stack inside the book itself. If Toll Stack is the thesis, this is the thing you can hand someone.
The Med Spa Money Map
The Med Spa Money Map is a different animal. It’s a lead magnet, really — a prospect gift. I built it by fusing two kpacks: one drawn from the knowledge and ideas of Dan S. Kennedy, the other a med-spa kpack built from published research. Two packs in, one derivative work out, aimed squarely at the audience for Alchemy Inside, my AI consultancy for med spas.
Which is the pattern I keep landing on. A kpack — or two — goes in. A real artifact comes out.
