Bill Eisenhauer Writing code since 1980

I'm Bill. I've been writing code since 1980, and I never quite managed to stop. Early engineer at Stitch Fix, engineering lead at ezCater, and these days I build my own things and lead both the people and the AI agents. This is where I write, build, and think out loud.

Now

I'm at a crossroads, and I'm walking both roads on purpose: open to the right team to build with, and building income of my own.

What I'm focused on

What I'm building

  • LinkShift
One QR code, printed once, that changes where it points on a schedule you set.
  • Community Portal
Turnkey compliance sites for the Florida condo boards now required by law to post their records online.
  • All projects
The full portfolio, from SaaS products to services.

More Capacity, More Waiting

Why adding capacity away from the real constraint just creates inventory — and Leverage Lab, the simulator I built to poke at it.

A blog I kept from 2003 to 2008, gone quiet for almost two decades, and dusting off now. Turns out I still have things to say.
