I registered this domain with the intent to create a real estate retail site. Because I have a technical background, I thought the name might appeal to technical people in Austin or in other technical geographies. I was planning to appeal to that particular niche vs. chase everyday local clients.

I still think that would work, but I’ve parked the domain address here for now.
